Privacy policy

How I handle the information you share through this website.

Effective date: October 11, 2026

1. Who we are

This website, elizabethbranning.com, belongs to Elizabeth Branning, a licensed insurance agent based in Newton, North Carolina, and licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. In this policy, "we," "us," and "I" mean Elizabeth Branning. You can reach me at (828) 238-2787 or Branningsolutions@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • What you send us: if you call, text, or email, your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us.
  • Basic technical information that our website host, Netlify, may record automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is part of running the website.
  • No tracking pixels. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking pixels (such as a Meta Pixel or Google ad tags) today, and its own code doesn't set cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

3. How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, to help with the insurance you ask about, and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. We contact you only in the ways you asked us to.

4. Calls and text messages

If you call or text Elizabeth, we'll reply at that number about your question. We'll call or text you after that only with your permission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We don't share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

5. Sharing

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other agents or marketing companies. We share it only:

  • with an insurance company, when you ask us to help you apply for or enroll in a plan;
  • with service providers that handle it for us to run this website, our email, and our client records, such as our website host (Netlify), our email provider (Google Gmail), and Integrity, the insurance agency platform we use to keep client records and to record Medicare sales and enrollment calls. Integrity works on our behalf as a service provider; and
  • when the law requires it, or when an insurance company I represent or my FMO needs records to review compliance with Medicare rules.

6. Health information

Please don't send health details, your Medicare number, or your Social Security number through this website, or by text or email. If an appointment needs that information, we'll ask for it then.

Once you're a client, your client records are kept electronically in Integrity, a secure, password-protected system.

7. Call recording

Medicare sales and enrollment calls are recorded as required by Medicare rules and insurance company contracts. These calls, both incoming and outgoing, are recorded through Integrity, and recordings are kept for 10 years, as Medicare requires.

8. Keeping and protecting your information

We keep emails and text messages only as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet record-keeping rules. Client records are kept in Integrity for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet record-keeping rules. Recordings of Medicare sales and enrollment calls are kept for 10 years, as Medicare requires.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information: we keep client records in Integrity, a secure, password-protected system, and we use password protection and two-step sign-in on our email account. No website or email system is completely secure.

9. Your choices

  • Stop texts: reply STOP to any text.
  • Stop calls or emails: tell Elizabeth on any call, or email Branningsolutions@gmail.com.
  • See or delete your information: call or email us and ask. We'll honor your request where we can. Some records must be kept to meet Medicare, insurance company, or other legal record-keeping rules.

10. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Questions? Call (828) 238-2787 or email Branningsolutions@gmail.com.
